When you find the right fit, we'll support the transition to hire—plus we offer delegation coaching and ongoing tools through our EA community.

How pricing works?
Access fee:
$15,000 upfront
This covers concierge onboarding, unlimited EA trials, and the full placement cost when you hire.
Trial period:
$45/hour
During the trial, you only pay for the hours your EA works — no minimums, no long-term commitment.
Hiring your EA:
No additional fee
When you decide to bring your EA in-house, it's already covered. No surprise placement or buyout fees.
EA signing bonus:
We pay it
When you hire, we give your EA a signing bonus to celebrate and support a strong start to the partnership.
Future replacement:
$5,000 flat
Need a new EA later? We'll restart the full Select+ process: onboarding, matching, and unlimited trials, for just $5K.
