Loving and Honoring the Role You Play with Rowe Hoffer

In this episode, we’re joined by Rowe Hoffer, Senior Assistant to the Co-Founder and CEO as well as the Lead, EA Cohort at Mozilla. In her 10-year tenure at Mozilla, she has played an integral role in recruiting and onboarding assistants within the organization. Outside of her long as successful career as an assistant, Rowe is also the founder of two fitness companies.

Rowe joins Courageous Help to share her advice on how to best play your role as part of a team, finding empowerment without falling into entitlement, and the ripple effect of leading the way for other assistants.
