In this episode, we’re joined by Kelsey Mendenhall, a 9+ year career assistant currently working as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Legal Officer and CFO at Hims & Hers Health. Kelsey also started and currently facilitates the virtual EA Professional Development Book Club in partnership with Base, which has grown to a group of nearly 150 EAs who meet to read and discuss books around professional development, executive support, and leadership.

Kelsey joins Courageous Help to share how she found her way to a role that aligns with her values and personality, the differences in being a solo EA and being part of an administrative team, and how to build the communities you need online without needing to be a “content creator”.
