How it works: you’re paired with an EA who has already passed our assessment and our interview, at $45 an hour. We onboard, train, coach, and mentor them, so your support meets Base’s standard from day one. You get excellent support at a lower price. They get the start of a career.

I know what that first yes is worth, because I got one. In 2018 I was finishing a degree and needed something flexible and remote. I barely understood what the role was, but Base took a chance on me and hired me as an Executive Assistant.
